Responsibilities:

• Manage production orders and communicate the delivery status to the clients directly.  
• Manage materials procurement and liaise with suppliers sticking to a production schedule;
• Assist the operation manager with production schedule monitoring;
• Report all issues and matters to the Operation Manager;
• Undertake administrative tasks such as purchase orders, manufacturing orders, etc.;
• Work closely with factory production team and shipment team;
• Generate weekly order summary and sales report etc.;
• Handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above is preferable;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing background is preferable;
• Intermediate in spoken & written English & Mandarin;
• Proficiency in PC operations & MS application;
• Teamwork, well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure;
• Travel to PRC, liaising with suppliers when necessary;
• Flexible, proactive, and open to changes.
• Immediate availability is preferred
