Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the demand and supply gap, collect and analyze sales forecast and order data from/to business units and factories
- Provide optimum stock level and ensure sufficient stock for customers’ demand
- Liaise with business units and factories based on the demand and supply situation to provide Available-To-Promise (ATP) to mitigate back orders or excess stock
- Report to superior for any problems and issues in the demand and supply process, including production issues, production parts issues and any impacts and follow up appropriately
- Review and analyze supply chain process and data to suggest supply chain solution.
- Support other SCM projects, digitalization implementation if necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 5 years relevant experience in supply chain or logistics industry
- Experience in SAP is highly preferable
- Strong in MS Excel
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fluent in Putonghua and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Possess strong analytical skills, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills
