Job Description:

• Planning and organizing mass production schedules, procedures of fabric product
• Ensure intellectual property and trade secret of company product is well protected throughout the production process
• Aligning strategic cooperation with production facilities for mass production of company’s innovative fabric product at reasonable cost
• Providing professional technical production advices to company senior management and potential investors
• Managing production cost of mass production
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with trusted production facilities
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met during production process
• Determining quality control standards and quality assurance procedures
• Overseeing production processes of company product
• Mitigate risk during production and re-negotiating timescales or schedules proactively with production facilities as necessary
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing sustainable and quality raw materials
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with sales, technical and R&D staff on issues related to production
• Supervising the work and performance of subordinate
• Organizing relevant training sessions 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in business administration, production management, fashion technology management, engineering management or any relevant subjects
• Minimum 10 years of fabric, garment product manufacturing experience

• 就生產相關問題與銷售、技術和研發人員聯絡。
• 監督下屬的工作和表現。
• 組織相關培訓課程。  

 最低要求：

• 擁有工商管理、生產管理、時尚技術管理、工程管理或任何相關學科的學士學位。
• 至少10年的面料、服裝產品製造經驗。
