Job Duties:

• Project planning, resource management, change management to ensure the delivery of multiple projects
• Monitor on-site job process for different projects to meet the safety requirement
• Communicate with all teams, include clients, contractors, on-site manager, internal parties, to keep them up-to-day on project status and timeline
• Liaise with contractors and line manager on installation and implementation, etc. to ensure the current projects are all on track.
• Keep track on printing progress and project installation duty to ensure service quality and performance
• Follow up closely with project timeline and deliver it in a timely manner
• Proactively explore advertising market and develop creative ideas with the team

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 2 years of Event / Printing Production or related relevant experience
  
• Solid experience in outdoor advertising, print or production industries
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop applications
• With good connection and network with printers and contractors will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Holder of Safety Supervisor is preferred
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Project Supervisor
