Job Description:

- Provide technical support on food regulatory.
- Maintain regular QA activity to ensure food safety and quality standard are achieved.
- Coordinate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff.
- Handle and follow up the complaint cases, prepare investigation report.
- Prepare products’ labels based on local regulatory requirements.
- Arrange microbiological lab testing.
- Prepare departmental SOPs and maintain documents system.

Requirements:

-  Minimum 2 year of experience in quality assurance related field in food safely or food industry.
 - Knowledge on HACCP and ISO 22000
-  Good communication and analytical skill, able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word) including Chinese word processing.
-  Immediate available is highly preferred.
