Job Description: 

* Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
* Manage development to production process to ensure orders are filled and delivered on time.
* Work to ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
* Provide day-to-day operational direction to the merchandising staff to ensure customer orders are filled and delivered on time.
* Monitor and ensure the quality and appropriateness of the customer’s production base to ensure the best value costing and quality of merchandise.

 Requirements:

 * Minimum 5 years  merchandising experience in Cut & Sewn  casual & performance wear.
* Good communication skills with cross functional partners
* Strong garment fitting  and fabric  knowledge, that can provide constructive solution and communicate with Buyer and Factories technician in problem solving
* Sense in cost control and monitor
* Good time management and project execution
* Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese
* Proficient in Microsoft application, eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience in factory manufacturing is preferable
* Good teamwork , result oriented and good time management in project execution
* Passion in Garment Manufacturing Industry
