Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation and production management of the factory to ensure local regulations, smooth operation and maximize efficiency with the ultimate objective to achieve the objectives;
• Participate the planning and implementation of policy and procedures in the areas of product quality, manufacturing strategies, manpower, resources and cost control;
• Establish SOPs for production operations and in-process controls, and ensure their strict implementation, etc.;
• Ensure that manufacturing processes are validated and control instruments are calibrated and the relevant results are recorded in reports
• Arrange and participate in the improvement, repairing and maintenance of factory facility, machinery and equipment;
• Responsible for security, fire services, sanitary, pest control and disposal of waste at the factory;
• Carry out ad hoc assignments as required by management;

Qualification Requirements

• High Diploma/Bachelor in Operation Management/ Manufacturing/ Production or related disciplines;
• 4 years or above solid work experience in factory management/production management with at least 2 years of supervisory role experiences;
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Health supplement/ Skincare/ Food manufacturing is preferred;
• Knowledge in GMP, ISO series and HACCP is an advantage;
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in fast-paced environment;
• Self-motivated, responsible, good team-player, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Knowledge in application of SAP/ERP System would be an advantage;
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Responsible, meticulous and able to coordinate among different parties;
• Excellent PC skills esp MS Office/Excel & Chinese word processing;
• More experiences and qualifications would be considered as Production Manager;
