Project Coordinator (Watches)

• Is a Key Player to link up new product development to mass production
• Direct communicate with customer on product specification, delivery schedule and other daily issues
• Communicate with internal parties to ensure customer’s requests  are fully adapted
• Ensure sample orders are issued in a timely manner
• Track and monitor sample status and ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare quotation of new development and ensure its accuracy
• Support the new product development process from idea to first production lot
• Manage the physical watch and material samples in a systematic way
• Handle all ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• F.6 graduate or above
• 5 years or above experience in watch industry is a must
• Experience in using SAP or MRP/ERP program is preferred
• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work independently are preferred
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure
• Willing to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Occasionally travel to China factory is needed
