(5-day work) Quality Executive Officer

Responsibilities: 

1. Work with and assist Quality Service Improvement Team Manager for daily operation and ad hoc projects
2. Responsible for quality control operations, including call monitoring, coaching and training to drive for improvement of call center quality standard
3. Ensure reliable and committed service provided in call center, assist in quality assurance program including optimizing customer experience relating to sales channels and services, as well as assist incontinuing improvement activities
4. Cooperate and meet with different departments to ensure quality assurance programs have been successfully enforced
5. Prepare information and reports for improvement and sustain customer service standards

Requirements:

• Degree holder with tele-marketing or customer service experience is prefered
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  
• Good team player, self-motivated, hard working, high degree of integrity, strong initiative and analytical skills, result-oriented with positive working attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word & Excel) applications

Working Location :   Mongkok / Lai Chi Kok 
Usually work from  Mon  to  Fri  09:15 - 18:45.
Salary :   $10,000 - $12,000  depends on relevant experience
