Our client, headquartered in Switzerland, is the leading company solely dedicated to skin and advancing the future of dermatology. They have 50 offices in 40 countries with over 5,000 employees. They are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support their operation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Supply Chain Manager in ensuring availability and on-time delivery of stocks to meet sales requirement
• Maintain good working relationship and coordination with international and local 3rd party suppliers
• Import Shipment tracking
• Ensure timely receiving of accurate shipping documents to distributor
• Work on ongoing redressing plan with distributor, ensures stocks are made available to meet sales requirement. This involves working with Distributor on prioritisation, close monitoring of delivery against plans and early alerts on capacity issues and resolutions
• Work with Distributor on material master creation, selling price and promotion code set-up
• Assist on sample conversion process.
• Review backorder on daily basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management and/or production planning in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC or FMCG
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• High attention to details
• Experienced in Multi-Tasking
