Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of the Company’s Management Systems, e.g. Integrated Management System / Environmental Management System;

• Carry out and update statutory compliance for projects;
• Prepare environmental submissions, including Environmental Management Plan / Waste Management Plan;
• Responsible for routine site inspections and audits.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Building Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Management / Engineering or related discipline;
• 1-3 year’s relevant experience in construction industry is preferred;
• With experience in Integrated Management System (ISO) / Licensing / Sustainability / Environmental / Green Building (BEAM / LEED / WELL) will be an advantage;
• Completed the Environmental Officer course will be an advantage;
• Energetic, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, strong communication skill and good team player;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer Assistant (Environmental & Licensing).
