Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review production schedule, process & procedures to ensure production in smooth operation
• Manpower planning and allocation
• Support installation, qualification, and maintenance for all production equipment and machinery
• Establish, review and update production documentations such as SOP, SMP, PBR etc
• Deliver systematic production concept to the team
• Work closely with Quality Assurance Dept to support plant activities and testing requirements and quality issues
• Support to procurement matters, liaise with internal & external parties related in material and production

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Pharmaceutical Technology / Pharmacy / Food Science or related disciplines
• 5 years or above experience in Pharmaceutical / Proprietary Chinese Medicine industry and 2 years in senior position.
• Candidates with solid experience in Proprietary Chinese Medicine company is a plus
• Preferably with knowledge of GMP
• Familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Initiative, self-motivated, good problem solving skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Production Manager”
