• Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behaviors
• Support Marketing Manager with planning, implement and monitoring marketing campaigns and online platforms eg. Eshop, HKTVMall
• Managing social media pages including Facebook & IG 
• Coordinating with internal designer to produce new creatives with innovative ideas and formats
• Handling customer enquiries
• Organizing product seeding among celebrities, KOL, media, influencers
• Tracking and measuring SEO, Google Analytics, and lead conversion Optimization
• Assisting photography team for live video shooting
• Performing other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or related discipline
• 1-3 years' or above experience in eCommerce/ digital marketing
• Familiar with marketing tools: social media, SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience in working with KOL/influencer, affiliate marketing, email marketing will be an advantage
• Experience in handling marketplace operation, such as Amazon & Shopify will be an advantage
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Excellent interpersonal skills, passionate, responsible and result-oriented
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
