Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day trade marketing affairs including program initiation, planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams on stock allocation and logistic for trade promotions
- Prepare marketing content for all trade promotions
- Initiate and deploy CRM strategy and programs including seasonal campaigns, member retention, acquisition and reward activities to connect customers via different touch points
- Optimize the customer journey and membership scheme to ensure existing propositions are meet and exceed customer expectations
- Assist in executing effective and timely customer touchpoints, starting from data analysis, planning, execution and evaluation, with an objective to recruit and retain customer
- Manage and liaise with designer, printers and other vendors for all marketing collaterals and POSM production
- Assist in all CRM communications to drive new launch awareness, product consideration and conversions
- Evaluate and analyze the campaign/promotion effectiveness, and prepare monthly reports
- Plan and control marketing inventory to ensure sufficient and healthy stock level to support marketing and sales related campaign
- Explore collaboration opportunities to maximize brand awareness and generate new leads
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in beauty industry
- Experienced in trade marketing and CRM
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and results driven
- Strategic, strong analytical skills and details-minded
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Korean is a plus
- Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Suitable candidates with less experience might be considered as Marketing Executive
