Job Responsibilities

• Take the ownership of the marketing plan development, and create effective promotion strategies to drive interest and new leads in various channel
• Manage the tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including sales offer, online/offline communication, digital content creation, video production, etc.
• Lead the team to formulate extra sales channel for promotion, including joint promotion, loyalty program, MGM, KOL, etc
• Oversee the implementation and budget of digital channel, including SEO/SEM, social media, etc
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide insights on channel strategies, forecast and competitor analysis
• Identify the potential area based on CRM and sales analysis, in order to optimize the customer experience on every touchpoint
• Analyze product performance and competitor’s trends to uncover consumer behaviour

 Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Business or Marketing or related disciplines
• Over 6 years Digital Marketing experience and proven experience within Social Media
• At least 4 years work experience in retail/beauty/skincare industry.
• Lead a team to formulate extra sales channel.
• Familiar with Performance Marketing like SEO / SEM, Web Analytics and Facebook ad.
• Experience in building Digital teams, KPI’s processes
• Strong understanding for up-to-date marketing activities across the market
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Creative, energetic, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred .
