Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration for the shopping malls under the Chinachem Group
Liaise with both stakeholders and agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals
Implement year-round retailing marketing campaigns
Solicit supports from potential partners and stakeholders for joint promotion
Prepare related reports and conduct relevant analysis
Coordinate with different business units, tenants and external parties for smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
Follow up POPs in the malls including lightboxes, e-panels etc.
Competitors’ monitoring
Arrange loyalty club redemption
Participate in Causal Leasing arrangement
Monitor marketing expenses

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' solid experience in event management
Experience with property developers or event agencies is an advantage
Creative, responsible with good marketing sense
Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency
Work on weekends and PH for events when necessary
