Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement all-rounded strategic marketing solutions to enhance the brand and service awareness of Open Up
  • Organize and manage both regular & ad hoc campaigns and content for various online platforms including website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and any other relevant platforms
  • Implement the performance marketing (SEO, SEM and GDN) initiatives to generate traffic and enhance the conversion rates to Open Up’s service
  • Manage external agencies for launching digital campaigns and content production
  • Prepare regular reports for management review, and provide insights and suggestions for continual improvements and optimizations
  • Monitor and support on daily enquiries from all online user touch points
  • Assist and coordinate offline promotion activities, including event management and material preparations for school seminars, exhibitions etc.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Working location: Tin Wan and Wanchai
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience with proven capabilities in handling digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing and analytical tools is a must (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • Experience with website management and SEO
  • Proactive, creative, responsible, attentive to details and able to work independently
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of graphic design, photo and video editing software (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro) will be an advantage
