Job Duties:

• To provide full spectrum and document support on projects for the team
• Work on logistics arrangement, co-ordination, counter update and pre-production preparation works for the team
• To liaise with vendors, sub-contractors, production team and design team for project preparation works
• To prepare counter update guideline, VM schedule and reports
• Work on ad hoc assignments as required 

Requirements:

• High Dip or above with 2+ years solid experience in administrative work or in exhibition / counter update / VM / agency company
• Proactive, self-initiative, independent, multi-task skills & able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Good command in English and Chinese writing
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe AI
• Knowledge in Sketchup will be an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
