Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Development team to develop, formulate and implement effective fundraising campaigns and events to solicit support from various donors including corporations, foundation and other potential supporters
  • Assist the Team to implement various key fundraising events including Flag Day, charity sale of raffle tickets, Great Chef and charity gala
  • Monitor and report team performance regularly to ensure objectives and KPIs are achieved
  • Explore, initiate and assist to develop new corporate and foundation donors
  • Conduct analyses of fundraising market trends and report regularly
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • At least 1 year’s of relevant work experience in fundraising, business development, marketing or related fields
  • Hands on experience in events fundraising would be an asset
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate interest and commitment to work in the nonprofit sector
