Job Purpose

Manage and oversee digital project development within quality, time and budget requirements to achieve business goals; brand collaborations and partnership with third parties; customer experience management and improvement; customer life cycle design and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management
• Scope project requirements and assess budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Develop support documentation including requirement specifications
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Seek opportunities for system improvement and new projects initiatives
• Deliver client excellence, achieving leadership in customer centricity 
• Run business in control with integrity, regulations and our own policies to protect the brand 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years marketing fundamentals and experience from retail industry 
• BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager
• Hands on experience in project management and managing CRM systems
• Understanding of latest analytics and marketing automation tools
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Good communication and team management skills
• Strong strategic mindset with customer-centricity attitude yet keen on achieving goals with integrity
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
