Job Description
HOW will you perform in this position?
- Be a genuine helper first to listen, then to deliver best solutions to our partners.
- Be a fast learner and problem solver, since new challenges don’t wait.
- Be a patient person, as SPU is our business partner, we need to keep teaching accordingly.
- Daily operation support to our self pick-up points to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Handle ad-hoc requests and arrangements by self-pick-up points
- Process commission and other payments for self-pick-up points
- Monitor and record the operation issues for operation improvement and system enhancement
- Weekly & Monthly reports are required for performance review Closely work with Logistic, Warehouse, CS team
- Perform regular audit checks and assist in preparing quality assessment reports with action points
- Basic knowledge on e-commerce is preferred
- Degree / Diploma holder with CS experience would be a plus
- A positive team player, proactive, detail-minded and highly independent
- Strong organizational ability and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing is must
- Able to work on Saturday with 5 days work per week
- Immediate availability preferred
