The role:

The Assistant Product Manager is the business owner of the assigned categories, who developes a marketing plan and coordinates with different function teams to reach the business target.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in marketing and strategy planning to achieve business target
• Ride on regional team input, transfer brand vision into local marketing content
• Review sales trends and inventory levels for assigned categories to meet sales achievement
• Lead product launches including opportunity identification, concept development and market validation
• Develop and implement integrated media and communication strategies to achieve business objectives
• Conduct consumer studies/ research on the concept, advertising and consumer U&A
• Lead and coordinate product & sample forecast
• Overall project and time management; follow up and support functional teams where applicable to ensure timely delivery
• Manage A&P of assigned categories
• Consolidate results & prepare reports with evaluation and recommendations for future planning to drive success 
• Work closely with a cross-functional team including regional, sales, training and supply chain to deliver business goals

You have:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• 6 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry
• Good knowledge of marketing and digital
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processin
