WHAT YOU'LL DO:    

• Co-ordinate different digital marketing projects with clients from multiple industries and famous international brands
• Manage the multi-channel eMarketing campaigns (e.g. eDM, mobile marketing, WhatsApp marketing, etc.) from requirement collection, briefing to designer, and overall operation in order to make sure its delivery with high quality and on-time
• Consolidate client’s feedback & comments for revision, work with an internal team or external vendors may be necessary
• Assist Account Manager to plan & design eMarketing strategies by preparing the proposal and implementation plan for clients
• Closely monitor the campaign performance and prepare reports & related workflow documentations
• Perform eMarketing benchmark research upon request

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO GET:       

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s experience in CRM, digital marketing and data analysis
• Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organizational skills
• Ability to simultaneously prioritize and multi-task projects
• CRM, digital, technology-savvy & willing to work under pressure & tight timeline
• Fluent English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
• Excellent PC skills of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
