Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and manage design projects on a daily basis, responsible for the aspect of planning and execution for financial printing company.
• Work closely with designers to plan, formulate and execute campaigns effectively.
• Monitoring the schedules with good time management and problem-solving skill to ensure quality work delivered
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Assist and participate in other ad-hoc project.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above with basic knowledge of design.
• 3 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in the financial printing, publishing or advertising industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in PC operation, MS Office and word processing.
• Excellent organizational ability, detail-minded and a mature, initiative and ability to take responsibilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in teams.
• Competitive candidates with less experience will also be considered.
