The Sales Relationship Management Trainee Program (PCA) is a 18 months intensive program aiming to develop the PCA to be Assistant Sales Manager level or higher after the program. Upon graduation, the PCA is expected to take care of a portfolio of corporate customers on customers’ MPF and Employee Benefits program. All successful candidates will be offered well-structured trainings to various functional areas during the program to familiarize the operational flow and servicing models. The following are functional areas that will be included in the training depending on the competency and characteristics of the PCA.

• Investment Research    
• Corporate Customer Sales Team
• Individual Customer Sales Team
• Customer Service & Policy Administration

Internship Program

We will also consider Fresh Graduates and Prospective Graduates to join this program as Interns prior to being appointed as the Full Time Sales Relationship Management Trainees. These will be an organized Internship program for Interns to get well prepared to be successful in this Sales Management Trainee Program.

Requirements

• Undergraduate : graduating in June 2022 or December 2022 
• Marketing, accounting, finance and management degree graduates are highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Mature with good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, out-going and independent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint …etc.
