Job Description

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Strategy & Operations, this role will be responsible for:

  • Leading and directing a team in different jurisdictions across the Asia Pacific region
  • Understanding the vision for the business and have the autonomy to work with senior level stakeholders to identify projects to enable a more efficient business across strategic and operational areas
  • Keeping abreast of innovation and technological advancements that can be introduced to the business to improve business processes
  • Managing a portfolio of existing and new projects across multiple jurisdictions at any one time
  • Being a strong leader of change and transformation, with the ability to engage across all business functions, align expectations and project manage to different time lines

Suitable candidates should have the following:

  • A professional qualification such as ACA/CPA, MBA degree or have a business improvement certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar
  • 10-15 years of experience in a management consulting environment, or in-house in a professional services or banking and financial services background
  • Confidence and gravitas to work strategically with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Proven experience in leading teams in remote locations
  • Be a strong driver of change, transformation and have PMO/project management experience
  • Have a passion for working with the business to identify opportunities and be hands-on to execute and implement
  • Ability to lead and drive projects forward across multiple jurisdictions across the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong communication skills in English, ability to converse in Chinese will be a distinct advantage but not essential
