Job Duties:

• Supporting the CS department
• Handle daily correspondence with clients in a timely manner
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Handle daily clerical works
• Liaise between clients and inter-departments
• 5.5 Days Work Week (alternative Saturday)

Requirements:

• HKDSE / Diploma or above 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good written English 
• Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
