- Keep pace with the latest social media and digital marketing trend
- Create, manage and grow community engagement in Facebook, Whatsapp, IG, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter etc.
- Maintain high interactions and pleasant community experience in all channels
- Brainstorm and execute social media / community campaigns
- Develop guideline and protocol for regional offices
- Track and optimise performance using data-driven approach
Requirement:
- 1+ year experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, execution and coordination skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Passionate, creative, proactive and able to work independently
