You are responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and supporting new customer acquisition. You will be a strong collaborator with the ability to get things done fast.

• In this role you will be overseeing product marketing programs that deliver meaningful results for Moneyhero, the largest personal finance platform in Hong Kong. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable shifting between drafting high level strategy, driving the business growth and getting things done. With hands-on Go-to-market experience, penchant for lateral thinking and problem solving, cross-functional collaboration skills, leadership experience and a personal ambition to nurture a high performance culture, you will play a key role in the MoneyHero marketing functions.

• Lead product launch and product marketing strategies of MoneyHero’s strategic projects
• Manage the process for gathering market intelligence about our target audience, competitors and industry landscape to develop a product roadmap
• Develop and execute Go-to-market strategies for new verticals to acquire new customers and grow the lifetime value of the customer base
• Provide input to Commercial and Product development initiatives to ensure product proposition is relevant and effective for the target audience and consistent with our brand proposition.
• Coordinating with other functional leads across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Customer Service to deliver effective marketing initiatives
• Understand the competitive landscape. Conduct market and competitor analysis for useful insights and latest trends
• Maintaining a pulse on marketplace trends to ensure our marketing activities remain relevant to the consumer and we are constantly optimizing our efforts
• Own the development and roll-out of standardized reporting frameworks tools to assess product performance
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

• 4+ years of crafting go-to-market, acquisition and retention strategies with hands-on experience in new product launches
• Experience on mobile activation is a definite advantage. Hands on experience of ATL & BTL, Influencers Marketing is highly desirable
• Exceptional market research skill to gain insights into customer needs and experiences
• Flair and passion for great story-telling that combines creativity with data
• Strong workflow management skills to create processes and systems that improve efficiencies within an organization
• Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
• Solid understanding of media mix, digital marketing and CRM concepts
• Skillful communicator who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
• Able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment, as a proactive team player with innovative ideas
