Job Description

We are looking for a project assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks to support our marketing project. The project assistant must possess proficient skills in MS Office and good English writing skills.

• Support daily project coordination and administrative tasks
• Responsible for compiling and managing application data input, assist in project data analysis
• Provide application support and handle general enquires through phone and email from applicants
• Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and implement the project
• Other ad-hoc duties per assigned

 Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• Able to work 2-3 days per week
• Working Hours : (Mon- Fri) 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
• With relevant working experience is highly preferable
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Chinese and English Word Processing
• Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable
• Organized, and detail-minded, with good communication and interpersonal skills

Shuttle buses between Tai Wai, Mei Foo, Kowloon Tong, Olympic, Lam Tin, Yau Tong, Hang Hau, Sheung Wan, Sai Wan, Kennedy Town, Taikoo Shing and Cyberport are available.
