Your role

• Grow customer value through innovative marketing programs
• Support UI/UX enhancement of online shop
• Drive the loyalty programs such as customer community engagement
• Providing all-rounded supports on marketing campaigns within the team
• Perform market analysis and research
• Participate in the daily team operation to understanding the team and business nature
• Handling assigned Ad-hoc projects

To succeed in this role

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2 years working experience in consumer marketing, preferably gained in telecommunication / banking / insurance industry or digital marketing agencies
• Creative, self-motivated, attentive to details, enjoy team work
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiar with Google Analytics is an advantage
