Responsibilities: 
-Assisting in managing all marketing for the Company and activities within the marketing department;
-Developing the marketing strategy;
-Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales initiatives;
-Overseeing the marketing budget;
-Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans;
-Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
-Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, be responsible for the results;
-Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
-Preparing online and print marketing campaigns;
-Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
-Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;
-Working closely with internal design team and assisting with new product launches;
-Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
-Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing;
-Report to Assistant Marketing Manager.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related discipline;
-At least 4 years of practical experience in marketing/ public relations;
-Strong digital marketing background;
-Strong analytical and project management skills;
-Confident and dynamic personality;
-Excellent copy- writing skills in Chinese and English;
-Experience in medical aesthetics industry is a plus;
-Immediately available is highly preferred.
