THE ROLE

• You will be a key player to support company business growth and strategic KPIs, and report to the Senior BD Manager and the Head of Commercial.
• You will work with Hong Kong’s leading financial institutions, and participate in the evolving fintech space .
• You will help Hong Kong consumers to build healthier financial lives and to get the best financial deals.

YOUR TASK

• Build and manage relationships with Hong Kong’s leading financial institutions. 
• Create client strategy, actionable roadmap, and identify new business growth opportunities through daily interaction with clients and regular business planning.
• In charge of the whole business development process, including new client prospecting, structure and negotiate commercial deal, client onboarding and continuous client support, regular business performance review and up sale. 
• Work with different functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute on strategic and tactical initiatives. Act as the primary contact point of the assigned clients and support ad hoc tasks assigned. 
• Stay on top of market movements. Proactively provide data and insights to business partners and internal teams.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate with 2-5 years’ work experience and proven success in creating sustainable business value through business development, sales, or partnership. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role Business Development Executive. 
• Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or experience working in digital marketing or fintech is a plus.
• Data-driven, strong analytical mindset, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Mature, self-motivated, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
