Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Japanese company
- Fashion garment trims manufacturing & trading mainly servicing global apparel customers
- Hong Kong office : sales office
- Main market : Japan, US and Europe
- Factories : 4 X Japan; 2 X China
- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education is preferable
- Proficient in Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin and English
- 1 to 3 years working experience in any business
- Experience in trading, buying offices or manufacturing companies is a plus
- Experience in sales support/marketing support/customer service/order processing or related is a plus
- Experience or interest in garment trims, garment or fashion accessories is highly prefer
- Experience in Japanese companies is a plus
- Reporting to the Native Japanese Team Manager
- Work in Japan section
- Participate in handling sales orders from Japan Headquarters
- Support the Japanese Team Manager in servicing Japanese fashion brand customers
- Sample arrangement with clients
- Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales documentation
- Coordinate with factories
- Monitor order status to meet shipment deadline
- Participate in marketing activities like exhibitions and events, sending promotional materials to customers....etc
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefits
- Fresh graduates good in Japanese will be considered
