Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Community Engagement and nurture junior colleague
• Develop content strategies across different online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness, grow audience reach & engagement and build member loyalty
• Produce a wide range of marketing materials such as feature articles, social media posts, website content, press releases, pitching deck, eDM, posters, etc.
• Plan and manage community events for the youth community. Responsibilities include but not limited to idea generation, partnership development, budgeting, logistics arrangement, promotion and on-site operation
• Establish strategic relationships with media and business partners
  

Requirements

• University graduate in social sciences, marketing, communications, or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ work experience
• Excellent English and Chinese copywriting skills with a creative mind is a MUST
• Proven track record of planning and organising marketing campaigns to engage target audience and meet business goals
• Outgoing, presentable, highly motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to empower young people with business sense for social good
