Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in property management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in property management preferably with developers or management companies
- Experienced in handling IO meetings issues and E&M issues will be an advantage
- Knowledge in DMC and the Building Management Ordinance
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Good at writing reports, letters in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Officer
Job Duties
- Supervise sites’ operation.
- To ensure designated properties are being managed up to the standard of the Group including maintenance, security and cleaning etc.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring annual management budget and expenses.
- Assist in central procurement procedure.
- Assist in arranging tenders/ contracts for management & maintenance work.
- To attend Owners Committee meetings.
- To maintain good relationship with occupants and organize promotional activities
- To liaise with the Government authorities and public bodies
- Acknowledge of BMO/ DMC enforcement
