Digital Marketing Officer/Executive

Responsibilities include:

• To assist and support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing digital & social media marketing strategies and analyze market trends
• Handle daily updates of social media and online platforms (graphics / videos and copy)
• Engage in content creation and copywriting for various eCommerce and social media platforms
• Provide support to the smooth running and execution of CRM Program for customer acquisition and retention, database upkeep
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, conduct post campaign analysis and prepare regular reports for business performance review
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as requested

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Digital Marketing / Communications / Multimedia or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years work experience in marketing, preferably in retail/ FMCG industries (Candidates with more experience may be considered for Executive position/ Candidates with lesser experience with a marketing career in mind may apply for internship)
• Knowledge and practical experience in SEO, SEM, and GA is a plus
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (photoshop, illustrator) is highly preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiated, responsible, creative, organized and independent.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
