Key roles and Responsibilities:

Assist to develop and implement the marketing plan and communication campaign including branding, in-store promotions, online marketing activities, CRM, marketing materials and event management.
Co-ordinate with advertising agency/media/production house in developing ATL/BTL /Online communication materials.
Manage the content of website and social media platform.
Handle customer enquires
Assist to conduct market survey, report and analysis.
Conduct channel market visits to collect marketing information and ensure product visibility in chain stores.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Marketing or Business related disciplines
At least 3 years working experience in marketing / social & digital, preferably in Chinese medicine/health/ pharmaceuticals / FMCG industry
Good knowledge in using design software (e.g. AI, Photoshop) and experience in maintaining eshop and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, etc) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of cross border E-Commerce business in China is preferred
Details oriented, organized, self-motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in computer skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
