Job Description

Job Purpose
  • Implement the global marketing strategy, planning for different markets across the APAC region
  • Conduct and support marketing activities for each territory to define the most suitable omnichannel marketing plan working
  • Coordinate, monitor and support the brand's distributors in APAC regions on marketing materials to ensure the brand's image on a high standard
  • Take responsibility to manage social media, brand building projects, and PR events across APAC region
Main Responsibilities
  • Define and manage marketing performances across Hong Kong own retail presence and APAC territories
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing plan and marketing budget, managing plan updates including forecasts and integration of new initiatives into the program
  • Measure KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of retail marketing activities/events with tracking and analysis to submit to management and Headquarter Team and report monthly and quarterly
  • Development and execution of marketing plans aligned with the Global Brand strategy and image, online and offline, connecting with Merchandising plan
  • Control and monitor the budget spending to support retail marketing initiatives. PO management, and ensuring all trackers are up-to-dated
  • Formulate and implement CRM strategy and programs to develop and retain clients
  • Monitor and ensure the corporate direction and guidelines are followed and implemented in APAC countries
  • Work closely with Mall/Department Store on all agreed marketing activity including direct marketing activity and co-op advertising
  • Build and enhance the relationship with Press, Celebrities and KOL. Responsible for all regional photo’s shoots
  • Align with Global and Regional team on the direction and localize it into the local market
  • Develop and coordinate the overall program with adoption to marketplace users
  • Partner with country teams and business partners across APAC to develop digital and online advertising strategies to engage target audience to build brand awareness
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance of overall digital and social media strategy and presence for different regions
  • Working with global team / regional team / country team to drive the paid search media campaign
  • Lead the digital marketplace agency for our major rollout project in 2022
  • Conduct analysis to understand performance drivers for our stakeholders by platforms, channels, etc.
  • Manage digital campaigns including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, paid search media, SEO, display ads and site traffic campaign
  • Assist Sales Team to achieve company goals
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing , Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or related fields
  • 5 years hands on experience in managing websites, including page build using CMS, familiar with SEO, and paid search media. Experience in online media agency would be an advantage
  • Able to develop multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Strong communications skill and multi-task handling skill in a dynamic working environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English (Other Asia languages is a plus)
  • Able to work in multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated and self-directed
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through
  • In-depth understanding of company consumers and their position in the market landscape
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and spreadsheet skills
  • Experience in Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or database management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting ROI goals
  • Scheduled travelling across the APAC region and to our Italian Headquarter
