Responsibilities:

• Improve customer experience to enhance customer loyalty
• Analyze customer data and conduct report for all CRM initiatives
• Develop and implement loyalty program to reinforce the VIP contribution
• Liaise with internal departments to plan promotions through CRM campaigns
• Conduct market case study for membership scheme & Loyalty Program with business insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Marketing, Business Analytic or related disciplines
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Beauty or Retail industry
• Experience in CRM or loyalty program management
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
