Responsibilities:

• Execute digital ROI driven marketing campaigns among global markets
• Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns spending and performance on Facebook, Google Ads, Unity Ads and other digital platforms on a daily basis
• Manage social media pages including Facebook, IG, LINE, etc
• Monitor and control marketing budget and campaign timelines 
• Coordinate with product team to manage daily digital tactics
• Coordinate with internal designer to produce new creatives with innovative ideas and formats
• Closely communicate with advertising partner and manage agency accounts to ensure performance is delivered
• Produce regular data analysis, market trending research and reporting with associated insights
• Perform Ad-hoc duties occasionally

 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce or related disciplines
• 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Familiar with digital marketing tools including Facebook ads manager, social media, 3rd party tracking, LTV modeling, SEO and Google Analytics
• Strong in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Japanese speaker or business level of Japanese is a plus
• Mobile app or game relevant working experience is a plus
• Strong report and analytical skills is a plus
• Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for various and ad-hoc marketing deliverable
• Perform independently but outstanding team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication, collaboration and planning skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Digital Marketing Executive
