Job Description
- To be responsible for developing a full range of communications materials (e.g., CEO/senior management messages, management reports, executives' speeches and presentations, press releases, video scripts/storyboards, sales/product information, promotional copy for various advertising channels, customer communications, etc.);
- To assist in formulating a compelling content strategy and a customer-centric communications guideline;
- To write, edit, proofread and review communications materials for different channels;
- To partner with external agencies or internal teams to execute corporate and branding initiatives;
- To provide support to marketing events and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned; and
- The employment will be on a 1-year contract basis subject to renewal.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Translation, Marketing or related disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience from a sizable organization, preferably in insurance or financial institutions;
- A good storyteller with strong writing, editing and translation skills;
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese;
- Proven ability to adapt writing styles across different target audiences;
- Good understanding of public affairs and financial issues;
- Attentive to details, independent and well-organized; and
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
