Role and Responsibility:

• Develop & execute Integrated Marketing Communication plans to support product launches for assigned product lines and other marketing activities spanning from awareness, consideration and conversion. 
• Manage agency partners to create communications assets, advertising, and promotional materials across channels, which may include TVC, Digital, Social, OOH, Influencers and PR. Ensure consistent branding and messages in all communication.   
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and measure effectiveness against defined KPIs. 
• Activate against brand marketing activities which support brand growth.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Communications or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in leading IMC strategy and execution in a consumer centered organization. Experience in FMCG or Electronics business is a plus.
• Understanding of media performance by channel and ability to provide clear objectives and success measures linked to the overall business objectives.
• Ability to navigate a very large and matrixed organization
• Strong ability to adapt to change in a very fast paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strategic, independent, creative, analytical, detail-minded and team player.
