My client is an international luxury fashion brand and they are looking for an Assistant CRM Analytic Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CRM data analysis, present findings and observation
• Provide insights and translate into qualitative insight
• Perform and distribute periodical consumer management reports and dashboards, monitoring consumer KPI in local & regional level
• Responsible for database maintenance and validate data accuracy
• Provide consumers trends and analysis and propose target audience for marketing purpose
• Design and develop customer journey, manage customer acquisition, retention, engagement and reactivation
• Support loyalty program and VIP events

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• At least 5 years working experience in CRM Data Analysis, CRM program
• Proficient in Marco Excel
• Sensitive to number with strong analytical skills 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English and Chinese
