Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate annual marketing plan and new product launch plan for develop brand business
• Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
• Evaluate the marketing and promotion programs to maximize the effectiveness
• Coordinates and support relevant teams to ensure a consistent brand message is communicated
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for improving brand strategies and marketing campaigns

Job Requirements:

• University’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in band marketing
• Creative, proactive, independent, and open minded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
