Job Description

• Execute and manage CRM strategy for promotions and communications
• Prepare CRM report to measure, analyze and review the performance of member promotion and tenant marketing program
• Communicate and build relationship with tenants and different teams for campaign execution
• Manage different backend portals for system setting
• Develop, manage and execute CRM events and tenant driven promotions
• Develop and manage recruitment program to enlarge the database
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by team head

Requirement

• 4 years relevant experience in CRM and tenant marketing
• Strong analytical skills is required
• Strong sense of latest digital trend and channels, able to deliver innovative ideas to engage customers
• Proven success in launching campaigns in driving customer engagement across different online and offline channels
• Experience in content development and managing different backend platforms
• A good team player, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure
