Responsibilities 

• Responsible for day-to-day account management, particularly on project execution to ensure delivery and quality control.  Also to serve as key contact person with clients at operation level.
• Develop and maintain close and effective client relationships.
• Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required.
• Work with the Creative/Media to deliver high quality project deliverables within budget and on schedule and post campaign follow up
• Provide updates to budgets and help team leader/members to ensure timing plans are fully up to date.
• Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements.
• Support on ad hoc projects

• University degree holder, preferably in Marketing/ Communication/ New Media/ Advertising related discipline
• 2~4 years of account management experience in agency or related fields
• Able to work under tight deadlines
• Able to work long hours and under pressure
• Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues
• Act as a team player, passionate and cheerful characters with innovative thinking and pleasant personality to serve our clients
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Less experience can be considered as Account Executive
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
