• Represent Retail Store to co-operate with Marketing, Branding and Product teams on effective POSM, sales aid/tools provision, and product demonstration
• Execute store display strategy in order to project a professional presence of SmarTone stores and strengthen the BTL communications to customers
• Implement product management including set up, demo arrangement and inventory
• Execute and co-ordinate local store advertising and marketing activities to help generate incremental traffic and business for stores
• Lead, manage and drive retail digitalization: digital display system, queuing system, traffic counting system, payment kiosk, WhatsApp use, etc.
• Support renovation and refurbishment works, and routine maintenance jobs
• Manage retail store CAPEX and Marketing Cost budget

 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, preferably specialized in retail management and operations
• Minimum 6 years’ of relevant experiences, preferably with telecom industry or electric appliance experience
• Previous experience in retail digitalization is a credit
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, strong sense of ownership and self-motivated; multi-tasked and able to work under tight timelines
