Job Description
Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Expertise
- Develop a solid knowledge across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates by attending training, obtaining relevant qualification and keeping up to date with industry news and developments
Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve Performance results
- Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks (see Authority Matrix) ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
- Work with your Digital Performance Manager to ensure that:
- campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
- campaigns are set up and optimized in the correct way, according to brief and
- Search Best Practice
- budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits and are correctly reconciled at the end of each month
- campaigns are monitored daily and hit relevant targets
- each search query for the relevant campaign is served with maximum level of relevancy (copy and landing page)
- reports and presentations are delivered to the highest level of quality and integrity
- Obtain client approval of search briefs and schedules prior to campaign launches
- Help in preparing performance review presentations
- Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
- Under the guidance of manager, develop and distribute accurate contact reports from meetings and conversations
- Keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities
- Have input in developing short and long term search strategies for the client
- Excellence in Client Service and effectively manage client expectations
Requirements
- University graduate
- Should demonstrate passion for Digital Marketing
- Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues
- Able to work collaboratively across teams
- Analytical and strategic
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
