• Carry out creative planning of corporate branding activities through the understanding and analysis of the company, core competition, and the market situation. Design sound corresponding plans, promote brand voice, user reputation, and business transformation.
• Maintain the company's social media matrix, and improve the company's brand image through various channels and methods, including but not limited to social media channels such as Facebook\Instagram\Youtube, short-form video, etc
• Monitoring conversations with the objective to protect and build reputation of the brand on social media. Managing shareholders questions and opinions, and redirect correspondent info to investor relations team
• Run analytics and uncover cultural insights that are relevant to our core audiences and integrate findings into engagement planning
• Co-pilot with the marketing team to carry out online and offline activities (especially activities in Hong Kong) that related to marketing and branding

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in branding and corporate communication. Bachelor’s degree in Communications related field is preferred (such as Journalism, Public Relations, Integrated Communications, Marketing, etc)
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
• Excellent research and planning skills is required to plan, lead, oversea and evaluate an efficient PR campaign, experience in leading a PR team to execute the projects is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English, fluent in Mandarin
• Fast learner with great work ethic and attitude, strong interest and well-knowledge about robotics industry and information security industry is preferred
• Website design and website management, Graphic design skills (proficient in Photoshop, AI, InDesign) is a plus
